Art has been a lifelong study and practice, from the little doodles in class to occupy my ADHD brain in grammar school, to chasing my dreams of creating art as a living as a young adult. It feels like I have been photographing and creating imagery for the majority of my life. I fell in love with film photography after buying a Pentax K1000 for $50 as a kid in the late 90’s. A love led me to Chicago for a formal fine art education, and paved the way to a career I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams. A decade and a half later, here I am still doing what I love, and still wondering how I got here.

Where it all began:

I am quiet, a bit shy, and contemplative in real life. I tend to be an observant, fly-on-the-wall presence in group settings, but when I'm photographing couples and portraits, my energetic, witty, and silly side really shines through. I know what it is to feel awkward in front of the camera. I am all about making you feel like the star of the show, while also giving you space to be yourself and to be present. So you can enjoy every moment to its fullest. I am here to serve you first and foremost. I will always go the extra mile to give my clients the best possible experience.
